The One is a Mediterranean specialty restaurant offering a wide variety of à la carte dishes and buffet service.
Guests staying in Esencia all-inclusive rooms can enjoy dinner daily at THE ONE. Dinner consists of a selection of hot and cold starters and soups from the buffet, while the main course is à la carte and served at the table, as is the dessert of the day. Additionally, guests will find a selection of desserts at the buffet.
Dress code
In the evening, we kindly ask our guests to dress appropriately in bars and restaurants. Therefore, entry will not be permitted with swimwear, sleeveless shirts, or sportswear. Additionally, we kindly ask gentlemen to wear long trousers or smart shorts during dinners. Also, during the Gala Dinners on December 25th and 31st, we kindly ask gentlemen to attend dressed in smart long trousers and a tie or jacket.
