The One is a Mediterranean specialty restaurant offering a wide variety of à la carte dishes and buffet service.
Guests staying in Esencia all-inclusive rooms can enjoy dinner daily at THE ONE. Dinner consists of a selection of hot and cold starters and soups from the buffet, while the main course is à la carte and served at the table, as is the dessert of the day. Guests will also find a selection of desserts at the buffet.

For guests staying in a standard room or extraordinary requests outside of the booking conditions: 33 €. For non-resident guests: 46 €.

Dress code
In the evening, we kindly ask our guests to dress appropriately in bars and restaurants. Therefore, entry with swimwear, sleeveless shirts, or sportswear will not be permitted. Likewise, we kindly ask gentlemen to wear long trousers or dress shorts during dinners. During Gala Dinners on December 25th and 31st, gentlemen are kindly requested to attend dressed in long dress trousers and a tie or jacket.
