    The substances used in the maintenance and treatment of the swimming pool are the following:

  3. Rights and duties of users.

    Rights:
    - Use the facilities under safe and hygienic conditions.
    - Receive clear and truthful information about the condition of the swimming pool.
    - Submit complaints and suggestions.
    - Be assisted in case of an incident or emergency.

    Duties:
    - Comply with hygiene rules before swimming (shower, appropriate swimwear).
    - Respect staff instructions and signage.
    - Do not introduce objects, glass containers, or prohibited substances.
    - Maintain respectful behavior towards other users.
    - Inform staff of any risk situation or incident.

  4. Non-compliance or health recommendations.

    In case of any non-compliance with water quality parameters or facility standards:

    - The use of the swimming pool may be temporarily limited or suspended.
    - Users will be informed of the necessary health recommendations.
    - A visible notice will be posted indicating the health risk situation.

  5. Prevention of drowning and injuries.
    - Always keep minors under adult supervision.
    - Respect the pool depth indicated on the signage.
    - Do not run on the edge or perform dangerous jumps.
    - Use appropriate flotation devices for non-swimmers.
    - Know the location of rescue and first aid equipment.

  6. Sun protection (for outdoor pools).
    - Use appropriate sunscreen and reapply frequently.
    - Avoid prolonged sun exposure during peak hours.
    - Wear a hat, sunglasses, and a light shirt when not in the water.
    - Stay hydrated by drinking water regularly.

  7. Dangerous activities:
    - Jumping from edges or structures not designed for it.
    - Rough play (pushing, wrestling...).
    - Swimming during electrical storms.
    - Using the pool outside its operating hours.
    - Removing parts of lights, filters, pool tiles.
