Health and Safety Standards

• Protect your skin from the sun:

    - Use water-resistant sunscreen, SPF 30 or higher.

    - Apply 20-30 minutes before entering the water.

    - Reapply every 2 hours or after swimming/drying off.


• Trauma prevention:

    - Do not run on the edges of pools.

    - Do not push or dive without checking the depth.

    - Wear non-slip shoes when walking near water.

    - SUPERVISE CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES.


• Dangerous activities:

    - Jumping from edges or structures not designed for this purpose.

    - Rough play (pushing, fighting, etc.).

    - Swimming during thunderstorms.

    - Use of the pool outside of its opening hours.

    - Remove pieces of lights, filters, and tiles from the pool.

User Information – Swimming Pool

In compliance with Article 36 of Decree 212/2005 and Article 14 of Royal Decree 742/2013, the following information is provided to pool users:

    All users are informed that this establishment has official Complaint Forms, available upon request at the reception/ticket desk.

    The following substances are used in the maintenance and treatment of the pool water:

    Rights:

    • To use the facilities under safe and hygienic conditions.
    • To receive clear and truthful information about the condition of the pool.
    • To file complaints and suggestions.
    • To be assisted in case of an incident or emergency.

    Duties:

    • Follow hygiene rules before bathing (shower, appropriate swimwear).
    • Respect staff instructions and posted signage.
    • Do not bring glass containers or prohibited substances into the pool area.
    • Behave respectfully towards other users.
    • Inform staff of any risk or incident.
  4. Non-compliance or health recommendations.

    If any non-compliance with water quality parameters or facility conditions is detected:

    • The use of the pool may be temporarily limited or suspended.
    • Users will be informed of the necessary health recommendations.
    • A visible notice will be placed indicating the health risk situation.
  5. Drowning and trauma prevention.

    • Children must always be supervised by an adult.
    • Respect the depth of the pool as indicated by the signage.
    • Do not run on the poolside or perform dangerous dives.
    • Use appropriate flotation devices for non-swimmers.
    • Be aware of the location of rescue and first aid equipment.

    • Use appropriate sunscreen and reapply frequently.
    • Avoid prolonged sun exposure during peak hours.
    • Wear a cap, sunglasses, and light clothing when not in the water.
