Suppliers:

Following our supplier policy, our purchasing department always prioritizes companies that comply with human respect, safety, and environmental (sustainability) standards.

 Sustainable Procurement:

• Priority for local products (made in the Canary Islands).
• Use of cleaning chemicals with EU ECOLABEL certification.
• Non-use of cleaning chemicals with hazard statements H350 and H351 “may cause cancer”.
• Cardboard packaging instead of plastic. 

Contractors:

We select companies that meet the commitments required by our group. We always coordinate with these companies to ensure they comply with current legislation and prioritize the safety and health of their workers.

• We continuously evaluate our health policies.
• We carry out evaluations to improve the safety and work of our team (ergonomic evaluations, industrial hygiene, etc.).
• Machinery is maintained in a preventive way to ensure its proper functioning. This reduces and prevents accidents and emergencies.
• Evacuation drills for various reasons such as fire or bomb.
• We have a food hygiene control system (HACCP) implemented and audited in the different points of sale, in order to protect our customers.
• Dealing with customers means that we have customer data to provide them with the service. Therefore, we comply with the legal requirements set by the LOPD 3/2018) on data protection.
