Regulations:

- Children under 6 years old must be accompanied by an adult when swimming in the non-children's pool.
- Keep children supervised at all times.
- It is mandatory to use swim slippers in the restrooms.
- Glass cups and containers are not allowed in the water and solarium.
- Be careful when walking on wet surfaces.
- Reserving sunbeds or parasols is not allowed. If a sunbed is observed to have been unoccupied for a reasonable time, our pool attendant may assign it to another customer.

- Complaint forms are available to users.
- Pets are not allowed in the pool area, except for trained guide dogs for visually impaired individuals.
