Air-conditioning
The air conditioning switch is located on the wall.
Remember that the air will not work while the door to your terrace or balcony is open, it must also be placed the light card in the card holder next to the entrance door.
Television

Bath towels
For ecological reasons we use the following system for changing towels:
  • Towel on the floor: “Please change it”.

We ask you not to use the white bath, pool or beach towels.
Pool towels

On the day of your departure, please leave your towels in your room.
You can change pool towels at our Reception twice a week for free.
Esencia Customers may make changes at will, although we ask them to keep in mind that each unnecessary wash has an impact on the Environment.
Safety box:
All rooms have a safe. At reception they will inform you of the conditions of use.
Remember that the hotel is only responsible for the theft of objects inside the safe and up to a limit amount.
Fridge:
Each room is equipped with a small refrigerator free use.
Phone:
From your room you can call another room or outside, you can also contact our Reception, if necessary.
  • - To call another room, simply dial that room's number.
  • - To make a call abroad, dial 0 and wait for the line. These calls are will be charged to your customer account.
  • - To contact our Reception, dial 9.
Laundry:
If you want your clothes to be washed or ironed, you just have to put them in the bag that you will find in your closet and hand it to the maid.
Don't forget to fill out the laundry form, where you can check the price of the service.
Please do not hang clothes on the railings of the terraces, as this is prohibited according to urban planning regulations.
Room cleaning service:
If you do not wish to be disturbed during the usual room cleaning hours (09:00 to 15:00), please indicate this with the “DO NOT DISTURB” sign.
For any special services you need, such as hangers, extra pillows, mattress toppers, etc., contact reception.
Voltage:
The outlets in your room work with 220 volts.
Malfunctions:
If you detect any fault or defect in both your room as well as in the Hotel facilities, we would appreciate it Please inform our reception so we can correct it as soon as possible.
Water:
Tap water is not drinkable, which we do not recommend that you consume it.
In Gran Canaria, as in many Spanish regions, water is a scarce commodity. Simple measures, such as turning off the tap while showering or brushing your teeth, help save water.

We kindly ask you to take into account the following recommendations:
  • 1- Needles: If they use hypodermic needles, tell your waitress or at reception and we will supply you with a container where you can deposit them.
  • 2- Crystals: Place glass or crystal containers next to the trash to be removed by your waitress, do not throw them away inside. If they are broken, immediately notify reception to send you the cleaning service.
  • 3- Bronzers: Use caution when using oil tanners spray inside the room as it It stains the floor, slips and can cause falls.
